Welcome to the

Waihi Community Forum

The Waihi Community Forum was formed after the announcement of the proposed Golden Link Project including the Correnso underground mine in the east of Waihi. Since the announcement of Project Martha, the Forum, with support from Hauraki District Council and OceanaGold Waihi, will represent residents in the wider Waihi area.

This website will give you information on who we are, what we do, and lists the projects we've been involved with since this forum formed. You can also find copies of meeting minutes, our Terms of Reference, Correnso consent conditions, the Project Martha Property Policy and the Top Up application form.
